CAMBRIDGE, Mass., July 22, 2024 — Invaio Sciences, Inc., a bioplatform company accelerating the leap to nature-positive agriculture, announced the appointment of André Andonian and Neil Cunningham to its Board of Directors.
Andonian is the Chair of Asia Pacific and a Strategic Advisor at Flagship Pioneering. He brings over three decades of leadership and client impact experience advising companies around the globe on a range of strategic, operational, and organizational topics in the high-tech, industrial, automotive & assembly, aerospace, basic materials, biotech, and private equity sectors. Currently, he serves as Senior Partner Emeritus at McKinsey & Company, where he’s worked for 34 years, including as Senior Partner, Chairman of Japan, and Managing Partner of Korea.
Cunningham has a robust background in investment management and real estate. He was the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments). During his tenure, he significantly contributed to building the Real Estate group into one of the largest institutional investment teams globally. Cunningham also led PSP Investment’s Natural Resources team, investing globally in agriculture and timber. With more than 35 years of experience, he has held various roles in the finance industry with Merrill Lynch, National Bank of Canada, and Coopers & Lybrand. He is currently a member of the board of directors of Everwest Real Estate.
